Gorilla and Me

In a lush jungle, I meet a gorilla. His name is Bongo. Bongo is big and strong. He has thick, black fur and kind eyes. We become friends.

Every morning, Bongo and I explore. We swing on vines and laugh. We find colorful birds and watch them fly. Bongo shows me tasty fruits to eat. I share my sandwich with him.

At night, we sit by the campfire. Bongo beats his chest, making funny sounds. I play my guitar. The stars twinkle above us.

One day, Bongo is sad. His favorite banana tree falls down. I hug him and say, “Don’t worry, Bongo. We’ll find a new tree.”

Together, we plant a tiny banana tree. Bongo waters it with care. Days pass, and the tree grows tall. Bongo dances with joy.

Now, Bongo and I have a banana feast. We laugh, peel bananas, and share stories. Bongo signs, “You’re my best friend.”

And so, in the jungle, Bongo the gorilla and I create memories. We learn from each other, and our friendship grows like the banana tree.
