My colleagues at work liked the riddle. One of them then often addressed me with the question of whether I had already patented the riddle. I didn't think I had created something so valuable that it needed to be protected by copyright. However, the recurring questions from a colleague gave me the energy needed to explore this issue. I decided to develop a utility model. At the very least, I'll try something new. Personally, I often like to joke around, and filling out forms doesn't really amuse me. I had to express myself. Late in the evening, after the grueling development of the application for the Industrial Property Office, I wrote the last thematically colorful paragraph about a ram in trouble, who needs advice on what to do with his own legs. I vividly imagined how the lady at the office would read it and think to herself: "Has this man gone completely mad? What kind of nonsense is he sending us here, to the Office?" That thought amused me quite a bit. The utility model application was returned to me several times for revision, but the mentioned paragraph, which I was prepared to remove, was not a problem, so I left it in and attached it here (see above).

Naming the puzzle simply 'RAM' seemed inappropriate to me. The term RAM is already widely used. The naming of the puzzle needed to be elaborated, specified. Since I was looking for a name for a logic game, the first expanding word that came to mind was BRAIN. I had doubts about the suitability of the term RAMBRAIN. Subsequently, I tried RAMTHINK, which also did not convince me. The third time it was the head (HEAD), I was still 'circling' around the brain, thinking... I was looking for a name for the puzzle. The name RAMHEAD seemed good to me.

In the logo creation tool (template), there was an expanding text (slogan) under the name. I didn't have an expanding text, so I erased it from the logo. Without the slogan, the logo didn't look as good anymore (an empty space remained after the removed text). There was nothing left to do but to come up with a slogan. I'm quite good at rhyming (I often incorporate some principle or wisdom into it), so I decided to try it this way. But Ramhead is an English term. Rhyming in English? I'm at zero there. So the only thing I can come up with for Ramhead is head. I didn't look for another word. Alright, I have a "head" what next? Some connection. The head is a part of the body. I need another part of the body. Now it's clear "leg". Now it was necessary to connect the "head" and "legs" with other words. Short words, because there was little space on the line. The first and at the same time the shortest word that came to my mind was ONE. So I had "leg/legs one head". The last word FOUR offered itself. Four legs, one head. I had the slogan figured out in about two minutes and I thought to myself "it's so silly, it's good". I showed the result to my colleagues at work the next day and watched their facial expressions. "It's good," I concluded, deciding not to change it.
